STEP 1 : Twice a day (once in the morning, once in the evening), switch your account to the Eunice Page from the Facebook menu. In the Unicorn Client Attraction Secrets group, go to ‘Admin Tools’ in the sidebar and click ‘Pending Posts’.
STEP 2 : Read through the posts in the queue and approve the ones that align with the Wonder Vibe.
STEP 3 : Decline any posts that go against the Group Rules (you can check those by scrolling down in the ‘About’ section of the group) - when declining a post, you’ll have the option to send feedback to the author of the post, where you can select the specific rule they’ve broken and/or send a short message to provide more clarity.
STEP 4 : If there’s a borderline post (e.g. not specifically leading with results but not directly using struggle language, and/or helping them find a solution rather than just complain) you can approve it - remember you want people to post!
STEP 5 : Video posts and lives are reserved for active Nonstop and Wondermind clients only. If you're not sure if someone is an active client, check the Active Clients spreadsheet.
STEP 6 : Decline any posts that prohibit people from promoting or dropping their links. This includes copy along the lines of "Let's connect, but no links please" or "Who in here is a Health Coach? Raise your hand, but no self-promo links". You can also remove posts like these if you see them already in the group.
STEP 7 : Go back to the main group feed. As Eunice, react and comment on all the posts you’ve just approved (plus any already in the group). Again, make sure to embody the Wonder World Vibe - get into the headspace of Eunice, use the Eunice voice (best embodied by thinking about the podcast/the podcast language and line of thinking).
Notes : When reacting, don’t use the ‘Like’ button as it goes against the brand’s vibe - generally you’ll want to use ‘Love’, ‘Care’, ‘Haha’ or ‘Wow’.
When commenting, read the copy and reply to it using language that positively reinforces them!
Remember to use Eunice language patterns and Wonder World terms (E.g. Unicorn, Crush, High Vibe, any of the Wonder World Conditioning Statements), and use stickers, GIFs and emojis that are aligned with the Wonder World/Unicorn brand (E.g. 😘🦄💖😂🥰✨💪⚡).
Make sure to give clients and former clients an extra boost and high positive reinforcement, it helps them feel seen and heard and helps them get clients - once a Unicorn, always a Unicorn!
STEP 8 : If you see a testimonial posted in the group, add it to the #wonderfultestimonials topic tag. If it’s a great one that can be used as an email/funnel/Facebook page testimonial, screenshot it and send it through to the Team Eunice Telegram Chat.
STEP 9 : Click the ‘Members’ tab at the top of the group. On the right you’ll see the ‘New members this week’ section. Every 6 days (or when the group reaches 300 new members - whichever comes first), create a welcome post using the Welcome Post Copy and attach one of the Welcome Post Images.
Notes : Add the #welcomepost hashtag after posting.
Notes : If any big problems come up with any of the members, feel free to block them (if they’re spamming, for example).
After doing the welcome post, put a reminder in your calendar to do the next one 6 days later.
