STEP 1 : Nicole records new podcast episodes in Alitu. On Tuesday, log into Alitu and download any new podcast episodes by clicking the purple down arrow on each episode.
STEP 2 : Upload the podcast episodes to Simplecast using the "ADD EPISODE" button. Use the same titles Nicole used in Alitu. Save the episodes as a draft.
STEP 3: Listen to the podcast episode closest to the most recently released episode. (The yellow episode closest to the gray episodes.) Take notes on what the episode is about as you listen.
STEP 4: Click the "EDIT EPISODE" button. In the Eunice Voice, write up the description using the podcast template. Add keywords. Use: entrepreneur, unicorns, money mindset, online coaching, coaching and then choose 4-5 of your own based keywords based on this specific episode. Click the "SAVE" button.
STEP 5 : Schedule the podcast to go out at 3 AM on Thursday by clicking on the calendar icon. After you've selected the date and time, click outside the calendar to minimize it. Then click the green "SCHEDULE" button.
STEP 6 : Using the Podcast Emails Template, write up the copy for the podcast email and add to your Podcast Emails Google Doc. Again, this should be written in the Eunice Voice.
STEP 7 : Create a new campaign for the podcast email in ActiveCampaign. Schedule the email to go out on Thursday at 6 AM EST.
STEP 8 : Take last week's podcast email and add it to the end of the Nonstop Notifications (leads) automation. Replace the generic podcast links with the link directly to that episode.
STEP 9 : On Wednesday, take last week's podcast post and post it on the Nicole the Client Attraction Unicorn FB page.
STEP 10: On Thursday, after the podcast is live take the direct link to the new podcast episode and add it to the Unicorn Glossary with a question that can be answered by that episode.
STEP 11: Add the link to the Podcast Episodes Sheet on the Unicorn Links Spreadsheet, along with the episode number, title and summary.
STEP 12: Update the new episode link in the Real Unicorns Link Tree page in ClickFunnels.
STEP 13: Using the Podcast Posts Template, craft a post to drive traffic to the new episode.
STEP 14: Put a post in each of the following places:
STEP 15 : Add the comments (from the Podcast Posts Template) and attach the topic hashtags.
After adding the comments to the Money Making Unicorns post, use the @everyone tag in an extra comment.
Use #realunicornsdontwearpants in the Unicorn Client Attraction Secrets and the Wonder Pony Alumni Group.
Use #getyourass2thepodcast in the Money Making Unicorns Group.
STEP 16 : Add the podcast episode to the @moneymakingunicorns Instagram Story. Use a screenshot of the episode, add the direct Simplecast link and then add the story to the 🦄❌👖 highlight.
STEP 17: On the Monday following the episode release, edit the Podcast Recordings page in ClickFunnels. Click Rows -> Manage, go down to first unrevealed row and click the eye icon to reveal the next video recording.
Go into the Money Making Unicorns group and add the podcast video comment to last week's episode post using the @everyone tag.
