STEP 1 : Create a recurring link in Zoom for the Nonstop Notifications calls.
STEP 2 : 5 minutes before the call starts, open the zoom room. Get the call ready to stream into the FB group.
STEP 3 : Let Nicole into the zoom call as soon as she requests to join. When she’s ready, let the clients in and start the live stream.
STEP 4 : Use the @everyone tag in the comments section of the live stream to let clients know the call is starting.
STEP 5 : During the call, take notes on the things Nicole talks about. Record all questions asked and any action steps clients were asked to complete.
STEP 6 : After the call, edit the live stream description to include the notes you took. Above your notes label the call Unicorn Call followed by the date.
STEP 7 : Choose 3 questions that could be answered by listening to this call.
STEP 8 : Add the questions to the Unicorn Glossary along with a link to the live stream.
