STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE :

UNICORN GOALS : 

✨GOAL 1 : Make clients feel special on their birthday

✨GOAL 2 : Increase client retention

✨GOAL 3 : Drive traffic to Nonstop Notifications

STEPS :

STEP 1 : When a new client joins Nonstop Notifications, save their Facebook profile picture and create a Birthday Placard in Procreate using the blank template placard below.

STEP 2 : When you add their birthday to the WW Onboarding Sheet, save the Birthday Placard to the correct birthday month Google Drive folder.

STEP 3 : At the end of each month, go into the upcoming month's Google Drive Folder and download all the Birthday Placards for that month.

STEP 4 : Create an event for each birthday in the upcoming month on the Wonder World Birthdays Calendar.

  Go to Create > Event
  Title: [Client's Name] Birthday
  Date: Client's birthday
  Time: All Day

With Wonder World Birthday calendar selected, click 'Save'.

NOTES : You can also create events by selecting a previous birthday. 
  Click the three dots
  Click Duplicate
  Change the title, date and click Save.

STEP 5 : From the Eunice the Unicorn account, schedule each Birthday Placard on the correct day in the Unicorn Client Attraction Secrets and Nonstop Notifications Facebook groups.

STEP 6 : Schedule the posts in the Nonstop Notifications group for 9am EST on each client's birthday.

NOTES : Use the hashtag #unicornbirthdays.

STEP 7 : Schedule the posts in the Unicorn Client Attraction Secrets group for 9:05am EST on each client's birthday.
