STEP 1 : Every morning, check the Money Making Unicorns and Unicorns Only Cancellations spreadsheets to see if any new clients have requested to cancel their membership. (Any new cancellation requests will be unhighlighted.)
STEP 2 : Search for their email on Stripe, look for the appropriate membership and check when their next payment is due. If it's less than 7 days away, put a note in your calendar to come back the day after their next payment is due, and then proceed with the usual cancellation process as follows.
If their next payment is more than 7 days away, click on the three dots next to their subscription, choose 'Cancel subscription' -> 'End of the current period' and then submit the cancellation.
Notes : Some clients fill out the Unicorns Only Cancellation Form when they’re actually trying to cancel Money Making Unicorns. You should be able to tell which membership they’re cancelling based on their responses.
STEP 3 : Put a note in your calendar to remove the client from the Facebook membership group on the date their next payment would be due.
STEP 4 : If the program being cancelled is Money Making Unicorns, add them to the blacklist tab on the Money Making Unicorns Spreadsheet.
STEP 5 : Send them a message to confirm that you've cancelled their subscription, and then highlight their cancellation data in red on the spreadsheet.
STEP 6 : On the date their next payment would be due, remove them from the Facebook membership group to complete the cancellation process (you’ll remember to do this if you check your calendar everyday).
